HOW IT WORKS
Working With CNG Solutions its Simple, Transparent, Reliable
In an ideal world things will happen just like we want it to & follow the list to the right however; we all know how things can jump out at you unexpectedly.
At CNG Solutions this is not a problem we just adapt to the task at hand if its short notice or if its plenty of notice we still provide the same standard that we would like to receive ourselves but with small changes, if there is a last minute request we will do our best to get hold of someone to get out to you, if we are in the area it could be one of ourselves but we would pass on a contact number to the team member so they can let you know they are there & find out what you want the team to do that shift.
Obviously if it is something that is last moment we may be a little late finishing but we always endeavour to have the main front of house areas that are used first complete.
Our team will be trained but if they have not visited your venue before they will need a site specific tour of the main H&S areas including things like if a fire alarm test is due that day but making sure they know the fire assembly points & exits are etc.
One of the team will be out to visit that same day to get a contract done.
