Naomi Shelby
Senior Director
Naomi Shelby is one of CNG Solutions Senior Directors with special responsibility for our Hospitality & Staffing division. With over 15 years of experience across the hospitality and leisure sector, Naomi brings a wealth of expertise in guest experience, front-of-house operations, and high-standard service delivery.
Naomi began her career managing front-of-house teams for premium hotels and restaurants before moving into holiday park and leisure venue management. She has overseen hospitality operations at some of the region's busiest sites managing everything from fine-dining restaurants and busy bars to large-scale events and seasonal peak periods. Her reputation for building strong, motivated teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences is what made her such a natural fit for CNG.
At CNG Solutions, Naomi leads our hospitality and staffing offering ensuring every receptionist, bar person, event staff member, and management couple we supply meets the high standards our clients expect. She personally oversees recruitment, training, and quality assurance across the division, and works closely with clients to understand their brand, their guests, and exactly what "great service" means to them.
Naomi is passionate about people development. She believes that great hospitality starts with happy, well-trained, and valued staff and she's built CNG's hospitality offering around that principle. Under her leadership, our hospitality teams have become known for their professionalism, warmth, and reliability.
Away from work, Naomi is a keen foodie who loves exploring new restaurants, and she can often be found volunteering her time to mentor young people entering the hospitality industry.

Gavin Plowman Senior Director
Gavin Plowman is one of CNG Solutions Senior Directors leading our Maintenance & Grounds division. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, site services, and grounds management, Gavin is the go-to expert for keeping commercial and holiday park sites running at their best whatever the weather throws at them.
Gavin started his career as a site maintenance operative, working his way up through the trades before moving into facilities management and eventually heading up maintenance operations for a large group of holiday parks. He's seen it all from burst pipes in mid-winter to full pre-season refurbishment programmes, and from storm-damaged grounds to planned preventative maintenance schedules across multiple sites.
What sets Gavin apart is his combination of practical, boots-on-the-ground knowledge and strategic planning ability. He doesn't just fix problems he puts systems in place to prevent them happening in the first place. His philosophy is simple: a well-maintained site is a safe, welcoming, and profitable one, and preventative maintenance always costs less than emergency repairs.
At CNG Solutions, Gavin oversees all maintenance, repairs, grounds maintenance, and capital project work. He personally vets all our maintenance operatives, ensures our tradespeople meet the highest standards, and works with clients to build tailored maintenance schedules that protect their assets and keep their sites compliant. He's also our lead on health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and emergency call-out coordination.
Away from work, Gavin is a keen gardener and allotment keeper, and he can often be found restoring old furniture a natural extension of his love for fixing, building, and making things look their best.

Craig Durant
Founder/ CEO
Craig Durant is the founder and driving force behind CNG Solutions. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in hospitality and commercial site management, Craig has worked every role from the ground up giving him an unrivalled understanding of what it really takes to keep a business running smoothly.
Having managed busy holiday parks through peak seasons, Craig knows the pressures first-hand: the early mornings, the last-minute maintenance emergencies, the challenge of finding reliable staff, and the constant need to keep guests happy. It was this experience that inspired him to create CNG Solutions a service provider built by people who actually understand the industry.
Craig is passionate about raising standards across the sector. He believes that reliability, integrity, and attention to detail shouldn't be optional extras they should be the minimum expectation. Under his leadership, CNG Solutions has grown from a small local operation to a trusted partner for holiday parks and commercial sites across multiple regions.
When he's not out visiting client sites or meeting the team, Craig is a firm believer in investing in people ensuring every CNG Solutions team member receives proper training, fair pay, and genuine opportunities for progression.
